Dr. K. K. Jajodia : He is group Chairman of group of companies referred as the Duncan Macneill Group (London/India), which comprises, amongst others, the Company and its shareholder Assam Oil Company Ltd., UK. Dr. Jajodia has steered the Company into the oil and gas sector, which is beneficial for the overall and speedy development of the Company. He is known internationally and is an International Councillor of the prestigious Centre for Strategic and International Studies headed by Hon. Dr Henry Kissinger.

Mr. Aditya K Jajodia, aged 44 years, is a graduate in Commerce. Mr Jajodia has over two decades of experience in the areas of finance and business management. He has played an important role in the structuring and positioning of the Company's oil and gas division to its present level of operations with his active involvement. He holds many executive positions including Additional Vice Chairman of Indian Tea Association and is also its Chairman of Finance & Infrastructure Sub-Committee.

Mr.Abhay Chawdhry, aged 43 years, is a Chartered Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management having specialised in Marketing Management. He has over 22 years of experience. He has been handling financial and corporate matters of the Company and the Group.

Mr. Santosh Bhagat is a Graduate in Commerce and he has 30 years' experience in managing his own industries, which are engaged in the fields of Steel and Telecommunication.

Mr. Pintu Kr. Agarwalla is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and he possesses nearly six years of experience in various fields, including among others, finance, accounts, audit and internal audit etc.
