Dr. KK Jajodia : He is the Chairman of group companies referred to as the Duncan Macneill Group (London/India), which comprises, amongst others, the Company and its shareholder Assam Oil Company Ltd., UK. Dr Jajodia is also the Chairman of the Company. Dr. Jajodia has steered the Company into the oil and gas sector, which is beneficial for the overall and speedy development of the Company. He is known internationally and is an International Councillor of the prestigious Centre for Strategic and International Studies headed by Hon. Dr Henry Kissinger. Mr. Aditya K Jajodia, aged 46 years, is the Managing Director of the Company. He is a graduate in Commerce. Mr Jajodia has over two decades of experience in the areas of finance and business management. He has played an important role in the structuring and positioning of the Company's oil and gas division to its present level of operations with his active involvement. He holds many executive positions including The Additional Vice Chairman of Indian Tea Association and is also its Chairman of Finance & Infrastructure Sub-Committee.

Earl Inchcape has joined the Board of Assam Oil & Natural Gas Limited. The Earl's great Grand Father Kenneth Peter Lyle Mackey First set foot in then British India 250 years ago. The Earl is from the founding family of Oil Business in India.
Edward T Walshe has joined the Board of Assam Oil & Natural Gas Ltd. formally with British Gas as Sr. Vice President, and also connected with the Energy Services In UK. He has developed business tie-up on LNG overseas, i.e. Abu Dhabi, Nigeria etc. Mr. Walshe has vast experienced on exploration, development and refinery.
