The conference started of with the lighting of the holy lamp followed by an enlightening speech on “Positive Approach Towards Life” by Mr S N Mishra, Chairman & Managing Director of Second Sight Private Limited.
MD & CEO, ACL, Mr A K Jajodia delivered the Key-Note address followed by a presentation on “ Expansion & Growth” by Mr Abhay Chawdhry, director & CFO, ACL.
Mr A Choudhury, Chairman, J Thomas & Company spoke on “Indian & world Tea Scenario & Its Relevance to ACL” while Mr Rajan Mehra, Senior Consultant, M&QA, ACL spoke on “ Orthodox Manufacture & Proper Sampling”. The presentation of “Market Perception of Assam Company Teas” was provided my Mr M Raman, VP, Marketing, ACL.
Post lunch, Mr S P Chaudhri,[ President , Lower Assam, ACL], Mr K N Nowrojee
[President -Lower Assam, ACL] & Mr P K Sen, Chairman, Carritt Moran spoke on “Path of Growth’ & “An Overview of The Tea Scenario” respectively.
On the 28th March, Mr Sanjay Guha, Director, Duncan & Macneill presented a brief presentsation on “ Visioning Exercises for Assam Company Limited-A Workshop Towards Setting Objectives” followed by a workshop on “ Clear Thinking”.
Post lunch Mr Tathagata Roy & Ms Rohini Singh conducted a workshop on “Adventure In Attitude”.
Interim all the garden managers provided their presentations and expressed their views and exchanged valuable ideas respectively.
That evening was the evening of Award Ceremony for the deserving officials of ACL by the MD himself at a fantastic dinner hosted by him at his residence. |
